| Sports Teams and Special Event Venues in the Denver area: |
The Denver Broncos of the National Football League play their home games at Invesco Field at Mile High Stadium. The stadium opened August 11, 2001, not with a football game but with a concert by The Eagles. The 76,125-seat facility is the Bronco's home as well as the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer. It's also the Denver area's primary venue for large outdoor concerts. For more information on the stadium and the public events that are hosted there, visit www.invescofieldatmilehigh.com.
The Colorado Rockies of Major League Baseball play at Coors Field. When it opened in 1995, the ball field instantly became the standard for all future baseball stadiums built in urban settings. Coors Field successfully blends its distinctive old-fashioned styling with ultramodern technology to provide capacity crowds of 50,240 with full enjoyment of America's favorite pastime.
Take a minute to check out the stadium.

| Denver sports lovers enthusiastically welcomed the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League to the Pepsi Center in downtown Denver. The Pepsi Center is affectionately, if unofficially, known as "The Can". Both the Colorado Avalanche and the Denver Nuggets of the national Basketball Association have played at the Pepsi Center since the building opened in 1999. Newer tenants are the Colorado Mammoth (Major League Lacrosse) and the Colorado Crush (Arena Football League). The arena, which seats a maximum of 10,309, hosts a variety of other sporting events and concerts. Details on the Pepsi Center are available at www.pepsicenter.com. |

Buying Land and New Construction >Buying New Or Adding On
Homeowners should consider several questions before making the choice between adding on to an existing home or moving up in the market to a bigger house. How much money do you have available for remodeling your current house? How much additional space do you require? Is there room to expand on the ground level or will the foundation of your present home support a second floor? What will the local zoning and building ordinances permit? How much equity do you have in the property? Are there affordable properties for sale that would satisfy your housing needs?
Consider your neighborhood--it makes more sense to add on to a smaller house than to over-improve the largest home in the area. Your decision should ultimately be based on your individual needs, the extent of the work involved and which features will add the most value. According to industry experts, buyers are always excited by state-of-the art kitchens and bathrooms.
