Get Free Presentation On Our Home Marketing.
Before signing a contract with any REALTORŪ, make sure you know EXACTLY how your home will be marketed. There is a vast range in skills, experience, and track records! A "Listing Presentation" is an industry term for the consultation appointment between a REALTORŪ and prospective home sellers, with time for a review of the property and questions. Don't sign any agreement to sell your home without it! We would love the opportunity to make such a presentation to you. Here's what will happen: we'll meet at your home, and together we will walk through it, considering the positives and negatives (if any!). You will then see exactly how we would propose to sell your home, for as much as the market will bear, and within your time frame. We will tell you where we will advertise your home, both in print and on the web. With the dramatic growth in homebuyer usage of the web, you MUST have a top REALTORŪ that can extensively market your home online! And we'll talk about what your home is worth, too, because part of our presentation will include a CMA (Computerized Market Analysis) of your home. We'll compare your home to others like it that have recently sold, and also to others that are currently for sale (your "competition"). This is a very important way to determine the fair market value of your home. We analyze properties and prepare CMAs for prospective home sellers every day. We've literally done hundreds, and we know exactly what puts a big SOLD sign in your front yard. We'd love the chance to meet with you and answer your questions. The consultation is totally free and without any obligation. Call us! Or fill out this form and we will get back to you quickly...

Working With An Agent >Real Estate Agent Representation
Which party in a real estate transaction is represented by the real estate agent--the buyer or the seller? Until recently that question was never asked because the answer was always the same. Traditionally all the marketing professionals involved in real estate transactions were legally and ethically obligated to conduct business on behalf of the seller. They may have aided the buyer in certain situations, but their client was the seller. Today that is not necessarily the case.
In a time of increasing specialization, buyers can be represented by a real estate agent who functions solely as a buyer's broker. In this case, the sales professional helps the buyer locate a home, negotiate the price, and is responsible to the buyer only, for an agreed-upon fee or a percentage commission.
In any real estate transaction you have the right to know which party the real estate agent is representing.
